I buy a rotisserie chicken which I shred then chop, a bag of frozen peas and carrots, a can of cream of chicken soup that I mix with milk, and a can of crescent rolls. I bought these super cute heart ramekins on Amazon, but you could also use a muffin tin.

Literally just lay split your crescent roll dough as you need it between pies, for me, four of these used one can. A muffin tin would probably be better with two, if you want it to have a top. Save enough dough that you have a top for each one. It doesn’t have to be perfectly shaped.

Lightly grease the ramekin/muffin tin, press your dough into it, pushing it up the sides of the pan. Fill with your soup, a spoonful of frozen vegetables and the chopped rotisserie chicken. Add desired salt and pepper, I don’t add any extra salt for my toddlers but you do you. Mix it together with a spoon, repeat for all the spaces you have, then press the remaining little balls of dough flat into your hands and lay them on top of everything! Again, it does not have to be perfect.

I arrange my ramekins on a baking sheet and just a little bit of water, I don’t know why but it seems to help them cook better.

I bake them until they are golden brown on top, at 350 for 25 minutes but you could play around with that and see what works for you! It’s honestly so convenient to make ahead as well.

Just an idea for my fellow parents who are out of ideas lol.
