Like most, I don’t like spending TOO much time at the gym I AT MOST spend up to an hour, so I came up with this list of workouts that I ACTUALLY enjoy, that aren’t difficult to understand or maneuver, but are EXTREMELY effective in snatching the waist and toning the body.
(these two pictures were taken a month apart, and as you guys can see my waist is looking a lot more snatched and my thighs are looking less thundery!!!!!!!! Im so geeked😁)
Also, I’d like to add that I have been implementing planks, Hailey Gamba on YouTube recommended planks as a method of stomach toning and y’all she neverrrr lied. (Please go check out her YouTube channel if you’re still struggling with weight loss and you want more tips!)
⚠️ I also implemented waist training a little bit (specific waist trainer linked in bio!) and eating slightly in a caloric deficit! I haven’t been TOO strict though and the results are still resulting!!
