Apart from trying new skincare & make up, working out is one of my fave things to do. I love a good work out, I usually prefer going for classes as they’re a quick 45 minute but packs a punch to break a whole lot of sweat.
Some days I do shower at the gym so I can save on commute time so here is a guide on what I pack in my gym bag!
1. An extra set of clothes is a no brainer, it’s also good to remember to pack your own towel as gyms don’t provide that anymore (post covid things)
2. A plastic bag to store your sweaty clothes
3. Gyms usually provide a basic shower set for community use but I like bringing my own; shower gel, hair wash, hair mask & cleansers.
4. My skincare bag would include;
- Toner
- Vitamin C (optional but I can’t live without 😅)
- Moisturiser
- Sunscreen
5. Make up would generally just have the essentials such as;
- Cushion Foundation
- Powder
- Eyebrow kit
- Lip tint
