The best way to use a hand pump!

When I first started using my hand pump I was NOT impressed! I used to think it was a complete waste of time and money (even though it’s cheap 😂). Then I saw a TikTok on how to actually use it and get the most out of it so I needed to share here how I do it the best!

Pumping it quickly then once you feel the let down, starting to hold then release was a GAME CHANGER and I was able to empty so much faster! I learned how to use it and it turn it became my best pump to use on the go 🙂‍↕️
