The quickest way to empty on the go 🐄

One of the biggest struggles with breastfeeding is figuring out how to pump on the go! Especially when regular pumps have to be plugged in. Yes you can use hands free pumps like Momcozy which I definitely did! Buttttt sometimes that would still take a while and if you have to wear them in public people will definitely see 😅

I got a hand pump while trying to figure out the best pumps for every scenario and was told about this pump! I was ables to empty so quick once I got the hang of the technique! Here’s how I would do it..

1. I put a haakaa on one side to catch the letdown from pumping

2. I got my pump put together and got that one on!

3. I started on massage mode and went at a quick pace until I felt my letdown

4. Once that happened I went express mode at a slower pace

5. Once I’m empty on that side I switch everything around

That usually empties me in less than 10 mins!
