Easy Kid Friendly Smoothie

I’ve posted my family’s favorite green juice recipe and wanted to share our berry smoothie. I’ve been rotating the two every other day. My son loves them and my mama heart feels good knowing he’s getting his fruits and veggies in.

• 3 cups frozen mixed berries (I buy the big bag from Costco)

• 1 banana

• 1 cup Stonyfield organic probiotic whole milk yogurt

• 1-1.5 cups milk (my son is still on whole milk so we use that)

Blend until smooth and serve. If it’s not blending well you may need to add additional milk.

*This makes enough for my husband, my son and myself so cut this in half if you only want 1 or 2.
