I love brussels sprouts! If they’re on the menu I’m getting them as a side lol. My husband isn’t a huge fan of vegetables in general so I’m always trying to find ways to zhuzh them up a little.

• 1 lb brussels sprouts

• 2 tbs olive oil

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

• 2 tbs balsamic vinegar

• 1 tbs honey

1) Set your oven to 425. Wash, trim and halve your brussels sprouts and add them to a bowl.

2) In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once mixed, pour over the brussels sprouts and toss until coated

3) Place brussels sprouts on an aluminum lined (for easy cleanup) baking sheet.

4) Bake for about 20 minutes, moving them around halfway through.

5) While the brussels sprouts are baking, add the balsamic vinegar, honey and hot pepper flakes to a small bowl. Mix until combined.

6) Once brussels are done, put them in a bowl and pour the honey balsamic mixture over the top. Toss until coated.

*These are also great in the air fryer!
