Make white rice on the side

Buy steak bites or cut up filet mignon into pieces. Also cut up onion, garlic, russet potato (and peel) and carrots.

Season your steak bites (red pepper flakes, salt pepper, onion and garlic powder and steak seasoning) Brown your steak bites.

Add cut up carrots, cut up onion, minced garlic, and potatoes and stir that around for a bit with olive oil.

Then add a couple tbsp of butter and beef broth into the pan. Add some beef seasoning (beef bouillon), Cajun seasoning, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper (not too much salt) parsley (seasoning) and chicken bouillon if you prefer.

Let it simmer for like 10-20 minutes

Viola!
