Preppy Festival Birthday Party Inspo

So my daughter turned 10 and we had a party to celebrate her Peacing Out ✌🏼 to single digits!

My girl Kynlee is ALL about party planning, so trust me when I say this party theme evolved A LOT! We started with Starbucks, then she moved to a carnival party because she wanted carnival games, but THEN she was reminded how cute preppy smiley faces are and she is all about the “preppy aesthetic.” So after some brainstorming we came up with Kyn Fest! A preppy festival of fun!

We hand painted all of the signs! We didn’t have one for the petting zoo because my husband and I surprised her the day of. Didn’t want to give it away!

We used more of a groovy color scheme, but I think it worked!

Of course the cake is my favorite party! Kynlee designed the whole thing and even helped me to decorate it. We did a Funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream and the cupcakes were cookie butter and let me just tell you, that recipe is coming soon because 🙌🏻 YUM!
