How I prep my cake pans for the perfect release!

I have baked thousands of cakes and this is how I grease my cake pan so that it slides out perfectly every time!!!

You need:

- Pam Baking release spray or any other baking release. Regular Pam works fine too.

- Round parchment paper to fit your pan. I order mine off of Shein! You can just cut out the parchment paper if you don’t feel like ordering these guys. (Must be parchment paper! Not wax paper)

Spray the sides of your pan. Place the parchment at the bottom. Pour in your batter, bake and release! So easy!
