Reviewing PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur !!

It was about 1hr ride from Subang Airport and it's located amongst many shopping malls such as Pavilion KL, Lot 10, Berjaya Times Square & Lalaport). Very convenient to walk to the shopping malls to shop and eat.

We got the Collection Club Premier room and it comes with access to the Collection Club Lounge. The room is very spacious which has a king size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom is also very nice which has a bathtub, standing rain shower and even has a filtered water tap. They also provide an ironing board and hair dryer if you need them.

The Collection Club Lounge provides a breakfast buffet, different selections of eggs and waffles/pancakes. In the afternoon, there will be snacks and drinks. And from 5pm-7pm, it is time for the evening cocktail where they will serve bites and alcoholic drinks. During this period, the lounge would be filled with people and many people are enjoying the food and alchohol.

Overall, this hotel is amazing and the staffs are all super friendly. There is no bad service at all and everyone is smiling and greeting the guests all the time. The lounge was a great experience and will definitely want to stay at this hotel again next time.
