I am so into overnight oats these days.
It’s one of the easiest, no-cook breakfast options.
I’ve been experimenting and trying out new flavours.
Today, I’ll introduce to you this Apple Cinnamon overnight oats with the classic apple and cinnamon combination that can never go wrong.
It’s like eating cold creamy apple pie!
You’ll need the usual:
½ cup rolled oat
1 cup milk
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Vanilla (optional)
Apples
Cinnamon
You know the deal, just mix everything together and leave it in the fridge for overnight.
Then, top it with diced apples the next day.
Overnight oats generally last around 4-5 days in the fridge without topping and 2-3 days with fruit toppings or fruit mix-in.
Serve them cold or warm, they are not only for breakast.
It can be eaten any time of any day.
