Cheesy Steamed Corn Recipe

I’ve got a bunch of fresh corn given to me by my officemate who just came back from a Cameron Highland trip.

I’ve boiled them, then using the loftover to make my favourite cheesy steamed corn.

I used to not like corn until now that i’m older.

It’s the age thing i guess 😅

So, i am sharing with you how to make this super easy cheesy steamed corn recipe.

Anyways, you can also use caned or frozen corn for this recipe.

Simply mix the steamed corn kernels with some butter, condensed milk and parmesan cheese.

Since i am using salted butter and parmesan cheese so i am skipping salt.

Top with extra cheddar cheese and dig in!

You can also upgrade this, and serves as a side for roasted chicken and on taco’s night by adding

chili flakes, chopped jalapeno, cumin powder and coriander.

Some mayonaise too if you desire! 😉
