My FIRST Camera: Canon Powershot G10 📸

i’m back w a new post! i’m going to talk about my first camera, the canon powershot g10📸

this is my first camera after realising that i have a hobby in photography 🫶🏻 i bought it on carousell at about $120 for a second hand old camera! i remembered that i did alot of research regarding this camera such as how it works and whether it can take pretty good photos. i know i wasn’t the type of person who will buy a film camera because i am a lazy person who would probably not want to wash her films 🤡

so i decided to get a digital camera instead! all the photos i took was from my digital camera and YES I DID EDIT IT (if u are thinking abt it) i wouldn’t say the camera has film simulation but they do have some filters like black and white, sepia, vivid and many more which is not bad for a old camera!

the pros of this camera would be that it is small, portable, light weighted and the photos sometimes it surprisingly turn out really good like film where it is rather grainy and less sharp 🎞️ all the photos shown were all my favourite photos from this camera 🫶🏻

obviously there will be cons to this camera, it doesn’t have image stabilisation which is really bad for me because my hands can’t stay still when taking picss & also it can’t stay under the sun for too long which is alittle sad when i go photowalks it may die on me…

overall, i felt that as a first camera, i am really happy w the experience i had! being able to take really nice pictures like the ones shown + how to operate it 🤍 if u enjoy photography and want a beginner camera go get it!
