I broke my ankle and I need moral support

So on Friday night I broke my ankle rock climbing. I’m a senior in college and am graduating this semester with a BA in communication emphasis social media and public relations. I clean houses for a living. I’m very stressed and already struggle with my mental health. The same day of the accident I was diagnosed finally with ADHD combo type.

I really need some advice on how to manage life right now because it feels like the world is against me. I know that’s stupid but for the past 3 years every time I feel slightly stable something bad happens and throws me off balance.

Anyways please comment any tips tricks and mental health advice for being in a cast for the next 8 weeks. I won’t know for sure until this Friday but I most likely will be having surgery on it on Tuesday. #brokenankle #graduatingcollege #mentalhealthjourney #adhdinwomen
