Any noticeable benefits from a dopamine detox?

Hello! So currently I’m addicted to sugar, my phone and little else. I’m not unhappy but I feel like this can’t be my whole life. I’ve been thinking of doing a dopamine detox from Monday, I’m also diagnosed with ADHD so I was thinking this might help me in that area. So I was going to ask if anyone noticed benefits from doing one? If so what are they/ how long did it take? I also was wondering if reading fiction is allowed because I’ve seen mixed opinions.
