The Gut Healing Fast 🌱

As someone who has struggled with #sibo for the last 3 years I am SO EXCITED to start a new journey of healing!

I am a woman who believes in the power of food. And I have seen the science backed research that proves that a 24-hour fast starts to heal the gut microbiome!

So after 3 long years I am starting to heal my gut and my autoimmune disease with living a fasting lifestyle!

Today is my first 24-hour fast to start healing my gut!

My goals with fasting:

🌱 Heal my gut / SIBO gut issues

🌱 Lose belly fat (cortisol that has been stored in fat)

🌱 Heal my immune system and get off all medications!

I can’t wait to accomplish all that and then be able to share my knowledge with all of you!!
