How to cook Oysters 🦪 beside than eating it Raw

Some of the oysters I ate it Raw while some of it I turn it into butter-fried oysters🦪, crispy on the outside and tender inside 😍. (I followed the method taught by the internet🤭)

If you wanna eat it raw, just wash it throughly with filtered water, squeeze some lemon 🍋 juice then u can eat it. This is a Sashimi-grade oysters 🦪, hence not is definitely safe to eat it raw, one XXL size oyster is about RM3.3.
