Thrifting in JB Guide

Places to Thrift in Jb! This is my 100% authentic #BeReal review 😊

1. Fara First Bundle

Honestly one of my favourite place to thrift as i usually only look for clothes when i thrift! This shop has 2 levels bottom is for the more lady wear whereas the top is more for guy/uni-sex. The clothes here are super good quality and very reasonably priced! A plus side to this is that it is air conditioned so you can thrift for as long as you want without feeling sweaty and dirty! I got 2 windbreaker for about 10SGD and its branded 😍 Definitely worth visiting as there are a lot of other thrift along the stretch as well!! Rating: 10/10!!

2. Pasar Karat Bazar

This bazar is really a hit/miss for me. There might be really good high quality items for cheap and sometimes it might be the same thing over and over again. Since its a bazar there is really a lot of things to shop from shoes, bags, clothes, food, toys, etc... Though it opens at 6pm i recommend to come around 9pm as when I when there at 8pm some shops were still setting up 🫠

3. Big Bundle

If you have the time and effort to really sift through everything this is a really good place to shop at! They have everything ranging from t shirts to jeans to office wear to dresses and shoes. Personally I feel the items here are not really to my liking and the higher quality ones (usually those hanging on the walls) are pretty pricy! Rating: 6.5/10!

4. Jalan Jalan Japan

This honestly feels like big bundle HAHAHA you must really put in the effort in order to find something decent however it is in a mall which makes it less humid. Whatever you need they have it from toys to books to clothes, they even have a sports section where they sell sports item like golf set! Rating: 7/10

After going to all these thrift in jb, i realised that thrifting might not be my style of shopping. Yes there will be times where we can get really really good deals but i feel the effort to dig in such environment is not for me 🤡😭 if you're like me i really highly recommend the first 2 places but if you're all about the hidden gems place 3&4 would be your heaven!
