ALIVE app 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏻🩷

I got the Alive app today! I have been feeling so unmotivated walking into the gym lately & needed to spice up my workouts. Besides from doing Pilates once a week, I normally try to hit 10,000 steps and haven’t been lifting as much as I normally do. I’m going to Scottsdale in April & wanted to get into a good routine & feel better so I figured i would try it.

The subscription is $14.99 a month with a 7 day free trial. There is ALOT of different workouts on there which is nice and different challenges you can do to keep you motivated. I’ll give an update after I finish this 6 week challenge I decided to to “legs get it 6 week beginner”
