Quick & Convenient Protein

Do you ever struggle trying to find ways to get your protein in for the day? I love these little chicken bite pouches from Costco. They’re super convenient and super easy. Add them in your salads, sandwiches, wraps, whatever you want. Eat them straight out the pouch. That’s what I do majority of the time.
