What I am doing to DETACH

Detaching from anything whether it’s a person, place, or habit takes time and a lot of focus. You have to truly train your mind to cut off whatever negative thoughts you have. You also have to ensure you are not living in the past. I’ve been trying my hardest to live more in the present by spending time doing the things that make me feel alive. I have also been trying to spend more time alone. You are your longest relationship. You have to be at peace regardless of anyone’s absence or presence in your life. I also have been trying to replace Instagram with Lemon8.
