What I wore in nyc today

If there's one thing that I can't get enough of right now is collarless coats and cardigans! There are so many beautiful Chanel inspired jackets out there right now that allow you to obtain the elegant and chic look without burning a hole in your wallet. I am loving the variations of the jackets whether it be different textures like tweed and varying colours. Typically, these jackets come off as very formal but I think it's so effortless to pair them with denim and a ballet flat.

I spent the day meeting up with a friend in NYC for coffee and pastries followed by shopping the streets of Soho for the remainder of the afternoon. I will be forever be inspired by the architecture that the city brings, and stumbling upon European inspired coffee shops will always be a favourite past-time.
