NYC restaurant to see: Figaro 🥃

As I’ve mentioned before there is nothing quite like New York City in the summertime.. Mainly because of all of the outdoor patios and people watching that begins to take place. I love (but also hate) how many restaurants there are to choose from every weekend as it makes deciding very difficult. But I truly don’t think I’ll ever get around to trying everything as it seems a new restaurant pops up every week…

Anyways! Since I am a creature of habit, I tend to go back to the same few places that are tried and true for me. Figaro is a restaurant I walked past in the winter in the West Village when I was passing through and thought how cute it was. I immediately saved it and eventually came here for a date and then several times since then with friends. The interior of the restaurant and bar is stunning and really shows a vintage yet modern design.

In the summertime the patio tables open up and they have the best happy hour menu that I feel not many people know about. My friend and I started out with negronis ($10) which is unheard of for a nyc cocktail. We then got the most delicious fig and arugula flatbread ($8) and a trio of dips ($10). I finished off with the perfect dessert cocktail which was a unique take on the typical espresso martini.

If you’re passing through the west village and want to have delicious cocktails and snacks for a good price, you must try Figaro!
