The ways Jesus cared for his Mental Health:🤎

I have been broken recently. I have gave my all to someone who was not God and it left me empty.

I was told to get therapy and to “fix what had been done to me.” Which I do think is important; however, I find my heart to feel more than I have in many years when I move the way Jesus would.

So, if you feel lost or broken I hope you see this and it helps guide you to grow to find yourself again through not your understandings but the Lords.

We don’t have all the answers, but through many trials and tribulations I hope to find what God has for me.
