Day 6 of 75 soft!

Y’all today had some small but awesome results!! So I’ve always struggled with properly treating stress :/ I either binge or buy things. And today was the first time in while that I craved a good walk when I was stressed !! It was so nice to finally want to do something else besides just eating or over eating :) and having a goal has affected my want to get things done! :) I’m so glad I started this and thanking God that whole way !
