Why I loved my experience at yoga six 🧘🏻‍♀️

I went to go try out the yoga six studio at Gold Coast in Chicago Hot yoga edition

I would give it a 5/5 ⭐️

I loved my Hot Yoga class, it was definitely a routine that felt familiar to me and a session that you can find online but I think what made it challenging was the heat. They turn up the temperature to 90-108 degrees and it makes it so much more harder!

Yoga six also offers a variety of classes from yoga to meditation and the levels of yoga classes are great! They have a class fit for everyone from beginner to advanced

I also loved my instructor the way my yoga class goes can depend on the flow of the instructor and they were incredible soothing with their voice and helped me push my limits.

The facility is very clean and spacious and they provided Mats and towels for whoever didn’t have any. Something about doing it in studio always helps me feel a lot more accomplished as well. The cherry on top of this was that is was by Joe and the juice so I could grab a smoothie afterwards! 🤩
