A Day In My Life As A Commercial Model - On Set!

Hellooo my angels! 👼🏼Many people wonder what do I do as a living outside of yoga! Well I’m actually a professional commercial model in Los Angeles. When I’m not shooting or doing self tapes I typically am focusing on being a yoga teacher and wellness content creator but I LOVE modeling. It is sometimes hard with the rejection but I think the lifestyle that I have continues to give m strength to keep going and not take it so personally.

However, getting a job is an absolute celebration! There are thousands of submissions and when you get chosen you got to show up the best way that you can! I’m taking you along the typical day of being on set as a commercial model.

It’s important to be on time and continue to maintain a routine that will get you into the right mindset. This allows you to not only perform better but be aware of what’s happening on set because as much as production tries to plan ahead there are always some changes!

When I’m on set I don’t forget to drink water, eat and I try to go do something afterwards to celebrate even if it means to go watch the sunset.
