Having a morning ritual has been a game changer in my overall mental health, productivity and mood! Knowing that I took care of myself and spent time filling up my own cup helps me pour even more into others 🤍✨ Here are some morning habits that changed my life!

Habit 1: Hydrating with atleast 8oz of water (sometimes I get fancy with it and add a lime or chlorophyll drops) and then immediately taking my supplements. 💧

Habit 2: Meditating for atleast 15 mins every morning. Some days I do longer depending on how much I need to quiet my mind but ultimately I feel less stressed checking in with myself. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Habit 3: Journaling for 10 mins. Starting with gratitude, to the mind dumping then writing a to do list has been so crucial. I don’t feel as chaotic and I am aware if there’s something triggering me. 📝

Habit 4: Reading for 10 mins. Instead of scrolling on social media consuming something that I feel like is interesting to me or helping me improve my knowledge or perspective is something that wasn’t easy at first but slowly became something I enjoyed. 📚

Habit 5: Switching from coffee to Matcha. Not only does is it less intense caffeine but it has amazing benefits for the skin. 🍵

Habit 6: Getting 15 mins of natural sunlight. Majority of us are missing vitamin d. I know it can be hard for some to walk out the door and I’m lucky I have my shih tzu to get me out of bed but taking a quick walk, enjoying the morning air and sunlight has improved my mood 10x. ☀️

Habit 7: 45 minutes to 1 hour of movement. The type of workout changes depending on my cycle but getting my workout done first thing and out of the way makes me feel like a super human and I feel more ready to take on tasks. 🏋🏻‍♀️⏳
