Lemon Ricotta Pancakes 🍋🥞

Yummy pancakes perfect for Sunday morning breakfast 🤍

• whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl

• add sugar in a large bowl, zest a whole lemon and mix with fingers

• add vanilla and mix

• add eggs, whisk til foamy

• add ricotta, buttermilk and melted butter

• add flour mixture to wet ingredients slowly, whisk until no clumps left

- pour 1/4 cup batter onto pan at medium heat

-when it starts too bubble on top of pancake flip it. Add butter, raspberries, lemon glaze, lemon curd whatever your heart desires!!
