today im gonna walk u through what i eat in a day (cheat day edition mueheh:D)

to start the day, there’s nothing better than a hot salted caramel drink and donut from dunkin donuts🍩☕️

for lunch, i ate aglio olio pasta which is soooo good👌🏻👌🏻

for dinner, i went to an all you can eat restaurant, Gyu Kaku🫶🏻

now it’s time to get back on track and eat healthy!!💪🏻
