korea fashion kopes!!

made a to-buy list before heading to korea and top of that list was SNEAKERS!! followed by boots.. end up leaving korea with neither of them because i didn’t find anything that i like.. or those that i like weren’t on sale :-( i didn’t want to force myself to buy something just because i’m there and end up regretting it. up until the last day, my friends and i were still on a shoe hunt but our luck with sneakers were really bad 😬 maybe we expensed all our luck at sappun cause both of us managed to kope 2 pairs of shoes each!! one from their sample sale and another during their 11/11 promotion.

charged to mlb to get the electric blue cap right after our personal colour analysis 😂 i’ve been eyeing this for the LONGEST time but felt like it wouldn’t suit me.. but after getting confirmation from the expert, decided to kope it! absolutely love the fit of mlb caps.. 🫶🏻 and it’s so much more affordable in kr!! after the personal colour analysis, i found out that i’m more rose gold/silver than gold… that was devastating 😨😨 my friend brought me to Sinleedoga in Hongdae and i finally decided on this pair of silver hoops. was tough, because all that stood out were gold accessories 😂🤡

unintentionally bought a few winterwear pieces.. started with a harmless window shopping at topten and ended up with 4 items LOL they were having massive sales on puffer coat and the one i brought there had this huge hole inside. sounds like a valid justification to get a new one…? got it for less than 80,000krw!! and even had tax refund. absolutely ridiculous. the white one kept me really warm :-) i felt like a walking marshmallow. went into topten again at busan and… bought two thermal wear - one for my mum and one for myself. IT WAS LESS THAN SGD10!!! how to not kope 🙂 on my second last day, i spotted a cropped puffer going at 49,900krw(?).. and they have black 🤭😱 so decided to get it for my mum. idk how i manage to lug 3 puffer back but i guess, thank you t’way 🫶🏻

also bought matching scarf with my friend 😂 it’s a lot thicker than the one i bought from bkk and really saved our necks in korea! also got a coat for the aesthetics and loved it ☺️ can’t wait to wear it again when i travel to more weather-appropriate places!

lastly, socks are a must get in korea!! even my aunt called me to get socks for her 🤣 the three of us are literally obsessed and bought way too many socks..
