what i bought vs what i got: taobao 👌🏽

documenting a small and random taobao haul. i used ezship’s sea shipping and this batch took about 2 weeks to reach me. the wait felt so long 😭 thankfully it came in time before the 6.18 sale so i can decide what items are worth purchasing again!

1) poofy flower pouches

- these are so so cute! they look exactly like the pictures. poofy and has a pretty huge capacity. i bought them for my mum to organise her bag, she loved it!

2) black shoulder bag

- i was on a hunt for a timeless shoulder bag and finally settled on this. it’s definitely on the pricier side for taobao, but i’m really pleased with how they turned out. it’s sturdy, and holds its shape. stitching was done well too. i can see it lasting for a long time :-)

3) y-back sports bra

- wanted this for a long time.. idk how this compares to lulu’s but it’s pretty comfy for me. i would say good for light-medium intensity activities. the back details is super pretty!

4) biker shorts

- this is a repurchase. it’s soft and very breathable. only downside is it does pill after a while. but for this price, gotta give and take.

5) makeup brush holder

- honestly dk why i got this because i only have this amount of brushes… HAHAHA but i liked it cause it has a lid, so makes things a little more hygienic than leaving them everywhere. very good quality too!

overall, i would say this batch is a huge hit. i really liked all the products that i’ve gotten! i’d definitely repurchase the activewear pieces - taobao activewear makes up most of my favourite pieces!! just gotta suck thumb and sit through the long wait before it reaches me 🤡👌🏽
