I’m new to lemon8 so let’s see how this goes. I’m an ex dancer turned barre instructor and I hope to share some of my passion with you.

I believe fitness shouldn’t suck. I used to be the elliptical gym girlie until I found workouts I truly loved.

Here we believe in science backed fitness and words like toning, sculpt, and fat burning are words of the past.
