IVF is hard. I am a strong believer in making the experience special however you can. I know first hand what a difficult time it is, especially when you know IVF is your last chance.

My advice for anyone about to walk this path, embrace it. What I mean by that is take it day by day, shot by shot, monitoring appointment by monitoring appointment and keep your mind focused.

💉 shot station or pad to assemble everything in one place (bonus it can have a inspirational quote)

💉 record every.single.shot with your SO or just yourself

💉 Everything you record or take pictures of doesnt need to be posted, but trust me you’ll want lots of pictures & videos to look back on

💉 cute journal for notes from appointments, med schedule, how your feeling or things you want to write to your future baby

💉 A social media outlet to document your journey:

Tiktok, instagram, YouTube, etc..

💉 Stickers! Cover your med box in stickers (funny, sarcastic, meaningful, inspirational,etc..)

💉 Transfer day outfit: Personalized shirt, socks, etc..
