Warm & Simple Cozy Fall meal 🍂🥫

Instructions :

Take about 5 cups of water , or whatever serving size suits you best and boil your meatballs.

Add a Bayleaf and your stock seasoning , and cook out the meatballs halfway.

Add your potatoes and Italian seasoning, for about 10 minutes cook on a high heat, and then add chopped carrots. I like to add about a half a jar of my favorite pasta sauce.. I use the raos !

Once veggies are soft, add noodles and cook for the remainder.

Serve with the scoop of ricotta or your favorite cheese and enjoy!! 🎃🍜

I like to take my extra seasonings and add them in at this time. (preference for what you like in your soup. I did oregano, paprika, pepper flakes, garlic and of course salt and pepper)
