Feeling UGLY? No problem !!‼️😜 GLOW UP WITH ME🔥

Things I did to personally improve my appearance:

• I got extensions and use them to frame the front of my face where I lost hair.

• I got my nose pierced; since it takes up majority of my face😝

• I took months off make up to focus on skin care (highly paid off)

• I changed my diet, and take probiotics regularly.

• I went back to a natural haircolor.

• started dry brushing 2x a week

Things I did to brighten my aura:

• stopped worrying about the judgment of others. Vice versa; I stopped judging others.

• treating myself with kindness as I would, if I was a child again.

• Ive forgiven myself for my guilt and shame.

• I went “no contact” with those who actively cause harm; I’ve forgiven those who acknowledged the hurt caused.

• I switched to pads from tampons. (this is personal, and spiritual; it’s a feminine release period thing)

• spend more time with animals. They help teach us “gentleness”

✔️ insecurity hack: It may help you improve you photogenic skills, and see yourself and your flaws clearer. (Hopefully, is a better light too.)

At times, this can be so difficult but keep at it. Sometimes we can find ways, to lift our spirits up and see that those parts of ourselves aren’t that bad and perhaps, kinds cute. 🔥🔥
