How We Planned Our Wedding in FOUR MONTHS 💍

It’s honestly so funny to see people’s eyes get big when I say we planned our wedding ourselves in four months 😂 But I actually felt like it was the perfect amount of time! I knew I didn’t want to obsess over my wedding for a super long period of time, because I was just excited to get to MARRIAGE!

Like I mentioned in the post, we got married four months after we got engaged because I was teaching at the time, and we really wanted our wedding and honeymoon to happen while I was on summer vacation between school years. Since we got engaged in February of that year, and didn’t want to wait about a year and a half to get married, we just decided to go for it and plan our wedding ASAP.

I feel like there were a few key reasons why we were able to plan everything so successfully and efficiently. We were proactive, communicated well, and asked lots of people for help. These are all great things to have in a marriage too, by the way 😊
