What I eat in a day as a breastfeeding mom

I started off my morning with some avocado toast and fried eggs on a nice paper plate because we were on the go.

Had a banana for a morning snack and a cup of coffee to go with it.

Lunch was turkey and corn soup with some more sourdough bread.

My afternoon snack was some fruit salad. Apple, plum, orange, mango, and strawberries. Also another coffee!

Then I finished off the day with a burger and chips. Not picture is the green beans I ate before I remembered to take a picture.
