This is my absolute favorite pancake recipe! Here are the instructions:
1 c cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbs egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange extract
Blend these ingredients together! Mix into:
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
Spray or grease a pan thoroughly. Add about 1/4 c. of the batter. Cook and enjoy! 😋
