1. Chicken tortilla wrap with garden salad
Simple sauté minced chicken with onion, seasoned with salt and pepper. Then wrap with cucumber, purple cabbage and scramble egg. Topped with mayonnaise/ Tomyam sauce/ chili sauce/ bbq sauce if your choice. ❤️
2. Yong Tao Fu Rice Bowl
Using Homemade or store-bought Yong Tao fu ( Stuffed meat in vegetables ), simply steamed for 10 minutes then topped with basmati rice and hard boiled egg for complete meal. Yum 😋
3. Enoki Beef Roll Rice Bowl
Using thinly sliced beef slice, wrapped with enoki then pour in Teriyaki Sauce and sauté for 5 minutes then add roasted sesame seed and done. Topped with baby spinach and rice. Done ☑️
4. Korean Street Toast with Cabbage & egg🥪
This is a satisfying korean sandwich. Thinly slice cabbage and carrot, then sauté in until softer, pour in 2 eggs and pan fry until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Slot in a whole meal bread and topped with any sauce for a richer sandwiches. Enjoy 😊
