✨This Ultimate Vegan Chili is one of my favourite and it’s so easy to make! It’s perfect for bread, pasta or top with noodle. It’s flavorful, protein-rich and delicious. You can make this a batch and keep in freezer, then reheat when you need it.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium sweet onion, diced

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

2 Fresh tomatoes

1 canned black beans, drained and rinsed

1 canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup vegetable stock

3 tablespoons chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

salt to taste
