Hi guys! If you’re looking easy breakfast idea for morning rush, here are 4 quick and easy 15-minute breakfast ideas for a working day for your family and kids! 1. Overnight oat

Add 1 cup rolled oat to oat milk or full cream milk overnight and keep inside fridge. When you wish to eat just pour out and top with fresh fruits or peanut butter

Add 2 egg in a pan, then put tortillas to let it sit for 2 min on medium heat, fold over and fill any ingredients you like eg, ham, cheese or chicken floss

3. Garden salad with bread

quickly toast bread in bread toaster and arrange the green salad on the place topped with hard boiled egg

4. Baked egg with gardenia bread

Arrange Gardening bread in muffin pan, add bolognese sauce, baby spinach and egg.

Bake in air fryer for 8-10mins ,180c
