Ingredients:

* 3-4 ripe bananas

* 1/2 cup olive oil

* 2 large eggs

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175-180°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with olive oil or cooking spray.

2. Add all ingredients in a mixer and blend until combine.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

4. Remove the banana bread from the oven, and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
