✨Famous Amos Chocolate Cookies Copycat

After many trial and failure, I finally found Famous Amos chocolate chip recipe. It so good and the best dip with milk. Wonderful Christmas gift to friends and family too

250 gr butter unsalted, softened

250 gr light brown sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

50 gr egg

50 gr oil

310 gr all-purpose flour

60 gr cornstarch

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

350 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp Instant coffee

1 tbsp water

Steps

1. Preheat oven 180c

2. Whisk butter, egg and brown sugar until fluffy

3. Shift flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn starch and mix until fully combined

3. Add chocolate chip and instant coffee mix well.

4. Use ice cream scope to make cookies into round shape on baking sheet.

5. Bake it for 15-20 minutes ( 180c )
