>>> Hi guys :) looking for a new route to hike but tired of Mcritchie reservoir? The railway corridor is a friendly route for hikers and cyclists extending from Kranji Node all the way to Tanjong Pagar railway Station.

- There are two ways to go about the Rail way corridor; Rail Corridor North & Rail Corridor South OR you can choose to complete the entire route which consists of both corridors north n south,,

Here’s how I choose to complete my route!

(Rail way corridor south >>📍Start pt: Bukit Timah Railway Station —— Tanjong Pagar Railway Station)

1️⃣Lunch stop: 1932 Cafe ( Bukit Timah Railway Station )

Began the day with our lunch at the start of our route @ cafe 1932 on Bukit Timah Railway station in the afternoon! Saw reviews of this local fusion cafe being quite popular to trekkers taking the same route. Will be posting a review of the cafe stay tuned to my next post!

2️⃣ Start Point : Bukit Timah Railway 🚃 station

3️⃣ Check point 2 : Holland Road to Jalan Jelita

Be amused by the private houses and their specular architecture right beside you while walking Along this stretch.

4️⃣ Check point 3 : After passing through Buona Vista mrt station, you will be entering north Buona Vista drive where this peaceful stretch mostly consisting of towering greenery and flowers. Be greeted by wild monkeys 🙈 or 🐓 along the way!

5️⃣ Chek point 4 - 6 : Beyond Buona Vista drive, you will be greeted with a series of breathtakingly “mysterious” tunnels all different from each other, you will be amazed to see each one of them at the start of a checkpoint!

*Tip: Some of these tunnels are actually very great spots for photoshoots !!

Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: 4/5! A very peaceful and chill trail overall good for cycling as well.
