these will not guarantee results, everyone’s body is different but these are just some that work for me:) i also go to the gym regularly so i’m not always doing these workouts!
🌸: Daisy Keech- Her ab and glute workouts are the best! She also has many other great videos along with gym videos!
🌸: Pamela Reif- She is more on the difficult side, her workouts will leave you sweating and out of breathe but she’s equally as great and her music taste is amazing.
🌸: Lidia Mera- She has a few ‘beginner friendly’ videos but as she is a pilates channel, her workouts can be quite difficult but go at your own pace and take breaks! I still struggle to do her whole workout without taking my own breaks :)

MadFit- One of the first youtube channels I started watching, I love her dance workouts and she’s more for a full body or cardio workout! I still watch her occasionally whenever I can’t get my cardio or full body in at a gym.
Caroline Girvan- I LOVE her arm workouts! If you have access to dumbbells I definitely recommend watching her! Even if you are a gym her workouts will still be perfect if you don’t know what to do.
