Safe place vent

This disorder is so hard we hate it the constant chatter in my head the not remembering day to day life major memory gaps identity crisis’ people don’t understand how hard this disorder is and how much it takes from you and how debilitating it is 😭 Everyone on the internet making a joke of it saying “oh it’s fake” like my mental health isn’t your joke and it’s not your place. I wish more people would research more and be more understanding. DID systems just want to be left alone and work thru our trauma and educate people. We recently are in therapy it’s going well
