Lilac Honey

Lilac Honey is one of my favorite things in my apothecary. Perfect for sweetening herbal teas and my first line of defense for springtime allergies. All you have to do is harvest the lilac flowers, wash and leave them out to dry off. Add to a spring honey and let them steep for atleast a week. Strain the flowers out of your honey and enjoy!
