I’ve been lactose intolerant for about three years, and have discovered the best products on the market that are dairy free and actually taste good!! Here are a few of my favs:

Daiya Pizza: Daiya was one of the first dairy free brands that actually tasted good, and when they came out with pizza, it was over! This is so delicious and the cheese melts like normal cheese. If I’m craving pizza, this is my go to.

So Delicious Ice Cream Bars: these ice cream bars, taste like the real thing (specifically the almond milk ones). They remind me of my childhood and are only 100 calories a bar. One of my favorite sweet treats!

Green Valley Lactose Free Cheese: one thing I am thankful for about lactose intolerance is that I can eat dairy technically if they take the lactose out! A lot of new products are just specifically lactose free, like this one, so it’s real cheese without the lactose! It is delicious!!
